We are looking for a hands-on Full Time Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team across a range of outlets. If you’re someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest service while driving team engagement and operational excellence — this could be the perfect next step in your hospitality journey.
You’ll play a key role in delivering our superior guest service experience and will respond to guest needs and issues as they arise. You’ll supervise, direct, and support our F&B teams with their day-to-day operations, ensuring engagement, development and a consistent standard of excellence throughout all service periods.
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals

Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them

Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices

Working closely with the General Manager and Finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue

Overseeing daily team performance, coaching and mentoring staff on service standards and guest engagement

Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
What We need from you:

At least 2 - 3 years experience in a hotel food & beverage or restaurant leadership position

Extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge

Previous experience with point-of-sale systems, in particular Shiji – Infrasys, would be highly advantageous

Previous experience managing team rosters

A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A dynamic, confident, and professional personality with a genuine passion for hospitality

High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail

Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
