Sprint Recruitment Pty Ltd Sunshine West is looking for reliable, hands-on workers to join our team supplying warehouse and transport staff across Sunshine west and Melbourne's western suburbs. We currently have multiple positions available for candidates who can confidently pick and pack and operate a forklift — dual-skilled workers are highly valued and will be prioritised for placement.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets
- Operating a forklift (LF and/or LO licence) to move, load, and unload stock
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Following warehouse safety procedures at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet dispatch deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- Current forklift licence (LF and/or LO) – essential
- Previous experience in pick packing, warehousing, or a similar role
- Ability to lift and move stock, and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Own transport preferred (to reliably get to various sites across Melton and the western suburbs)
- Right to work in Australia
