About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a couple of motivated junior team members to join our team. This role is ideal for high school students looking for part-time work after school.
Shifts generally start from 4:00 pm, 3 days a week:
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve delicious bubble tea drinks and other beverages
- Keep the shop clean, organised, and welcoming
- Assist customers in our internet café
- Help add money to member accounts and turn on computers and PlayStations for guests
- Monitor internet café usage and maintain a smooth experience for customers
- Take orders, process payments, and assist with customer enquiries
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and friendly customer service skills
- Willingness to learn — no prior experience needed
- Basic confidence using computers and helping customers
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player
- Organised and neat presentation
- Good communication skills
