Western Suburbs Soccer Sports and Community Club (Canada Bay Club) is a community hub located in the heart of Five Dock, providing dining experiences and services to members and guests.
The Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu creation, food preparation, kitchen management, quality control, and cost management. The role ensures guests receive high-quality meals prepared with attention to detail and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative seasonal menus suitable for a diverse clientele.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes meet quality and presentation standards.
- Manage kitchen staff and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Implement cost controls to improve financial efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Chef role.
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
