About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Occupational Therapist or Allied Health Professional to join a growing, values-led organisation. You will carry a varied caseload of NDIS participants across all ages, including paediatric clients, designing and delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy that creates real-world change.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised care plans
- Designing and implementing evidence-based therapy programs tailored to each participant's goals
- Collaborating closely with clients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary team members
- Providing rehabilitation and therapeutic support across a diverse client group
- Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation and NDIS reports
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality and outcomes
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience working within the NDIS framework
- Strong assessment, care planning, and clinical report writing skills
- Experience providing therapy services with a focus on Paediatrics as well
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — with clients, families, and teams
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in hybrid (office/remote) settings
Also considered:
- Allied Health Professionals with relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support, or Social Work are warmly encouraged to apply as we are looking
