Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Victorian team to deliver a $25M Aged Care Fitout project in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs.

About the Role
Reporting to the Construction Director, you will play a key role in delivering projects from pre-construction through to handover and defects liability, ensuring exceptional outcomes for our clients while leading high-performing project teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of project delivery from commencement through to completion
- Developing and maintaining project programs, budgets and procurement strategies
- Managing subcontractor engagement, contract administration and project reporting
- Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards and project specifications
- Driving strong financial performance and project outcomes
- Maintaining a strong focus on WHS&E compliance and risk management
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Leading, mentoring and developing project teams to achieve exceptional results
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 7+ years’ experience successfully delivering commercial fitout and refurbishment projects in a Project Management capacity
- Experience delivering fast-paced, multi-level commercial fitout projects is highly desirable
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
- Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, risk management and safety requirements
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, develop and inspire high-performing project teams
