We are a Melbourne-based events company specialising in nightlife experiences including club nights, music events, private functions, and rave style events across a range of venues throughout the CBD. Our team focuses on creating high-energy, well-run events with strong customer service and professional staff.
As our events continue to grow, we are looking for reliable and confident bar staff to join our casual events team for ongoing weekend work.
About the Role
You will be working behind the bar during busy nightlife events, serving drinks, handling customer interactions, maintaining cleanliness of bar areas, and helping create a positive atmosphere for patrons throughout the night.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- enjoys nightlife and event environments
- has an interest in bartending or hospitality
- works well under pressure
- is confident communicating with customers
- is reliable and available on weekends
Previous bar or hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential for the right candidate with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Handling EFTPOS/cash transactions where required
- Maintaining clean and organised bar areas
- Assisting with stock replenishment during events
- Working efficiently in fast-paced environments
Requirements
- Weekend availability (Friday/Saturday nights essential)
- Ability to work late-night shifts

Additional Information
Venue locations may differ each weekend depending on scheduled events; however, all events are located within Melbourne CBD and surrounding nightlife precincts. Suitable candidates will be provided with venue details and transport/access information prior to shifts.
