Sydney Tools Castle Hill is now looking for a full-time permanent Retail Sales Specialist to join the team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves tools, enjoys building relationships with customers and has a genuine drive to sell, grow and succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

- Eagerness to learn, improve and build strong product knowledge
- Basic computer skills to complete everyday system and sales tasks
- Retail, sales or trade experience is highly regarded, but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting customers in-store and over the phone with product advice
- Processing sales, transactions and customer orders through our POS
- Promoting specials, deals and relevant product add-ons
- Building strong product knowledge through ongoing training
- Maintaining store presentation, cleanliness and aisle standards
- Supporting a high-performance sales culture focused on service and results
- Working a stable 5/6-day fortnightly roster, including one weekend day each week
