Charleston's Fine Art Auctions is a family-owned business that has been operating successfully for 28 years. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Truck Driver / Warehouse Team Member to join our small team of four people.This is a varied role that combines warehouse duties with interstate deliveries of artworks sold through our auctions.
About the Role
You will be based at our warehouse facility in Botany, working primarily Monday to Wednesday assisting with the day-to-day operation of the business. Most weeks, you will also undertake interstate delivery runs to customers in locations including Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane. On the weeks when you go interstate, you would usually leave on a Monday afternoon and normally return by the Thursday. The successful applicant will be driving a 4-tonne truck and will be responsible for the safe handling, loading, transportation and delivery of artworks and other items.

Essential Requirements
- Medium Rigid (MR) Licence
- Previous truck driving experience
- Comfortable driving interstate and spending time away from home
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving items safely
- Reliable, punctual, well-groomed and organised
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a small team
About You
You are someone who takes pride in your work, has a positive attitude and enjoys dealing with people. You understand the importance of representing a business professionally when delivering items to customers and can be trusted to work independently when travelling interstate. You are ideally a non-smoker.
Please note:
