Axpo Pty Ltd trading as Hab Shifa is the first Australian company to introduce a range of Black Seed Products to the global marketplace. We are looking for someone to work part-time in our warehouse.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES.
- · Dispatching of Products
- · Selecting and booking the courier service for order shipment
- · Packing the orders and dispatching
- · Keeping record of all shipments and their tracking numbers
- · Tracking the order and doing the needful in case of dispute in shipment
- · Manage all returns, including goods receipt, inventory update/reconciliation
- · Doing an inspection when stock is received from suppliers
- · Doing a quality check and ensure all requirements are met before dispatching stock to Distributors and Wholesalers
- · Stock count of all products and office supplies every month
- · Receiving of stock and ensuring stock levels are maintained
- · Replenishment (Stock control)
- · Freight control management (Dispatching orders as they are received on HS E-commerce platform)
- · Ensuring the warehouse operations are aligned with Australian organic standards
- · Ensuring the warehouse is clean
SECONDARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- · Assisting Customer service officer with order enquiries
- · Entering distributor and direct orders on DEAR systems
- · Record keeping of all inventory changes
- · Assisting production manager with production process
- · Assisting the team with Export requirements and documentation
- · Complete reconciliation of transportation invoices
- · Manage transport and communication of raw materials and finished goods deliveries
- · Work closely with Customer Service team to assess availability of finished good stock for sale to customers
- · Ensure the timely delivery of raw materials to the production team
- · Assist in cycle count/stocktake activities
Pay: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour
Experience:
- Warehouse: 1 year (Preferred)
