The Pattison's Patisserie is a thriving coffee heaven known for our commitment to serving the finest coffee and providing an exceptional customer experience. we are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team and contribute to the warm and inviting atmosphere that sets us apart.
Key Responsibilities:
-prepare and serve a variety of coffee and expresso-based beverages with precision and care.
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, ensuring their needs are meet.
-Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.
-Operate and maintain expresso machines, grinders and other coffee equipments.
-Handle cash transaction accurately and efficiently, providing correct change and processing payments.
-Prepare and serve food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and snacks.
-Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed.
-Ensure beverages and food meet quality and presentation standards.
-Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy periods.
-Educate customers about our coffee blends, brewing methods, and special offering.
Qualification:
-Previous Barista experience is preferred.
-Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly approachable demeanour.
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
-Willingness to work flexible hours.
-Excellent communication skills and genuine passion for coffee.
Pay: $21.00 – $32.00 per hour
