The Role

La Louisiane is looking for energetic and self-motivated team member, to fill a full-time Duty Manager. In this role, you will be working closely with our Restaurant Manager and Venue Manager, responsible for delivering guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring guest experience metrics are achieved, through knowledgeable, passionate table-side service & Bar-service.
Meet spend per head targets.
Host & manage shifts
Make beverages (cocktails, pouring beers, wines, spirits & non-alcoholics)
Ensuring the venue is presented & organised to standard at all times.
Be able to open the restaurant and perform a perfect set-up.
Be able to close the restaurant in compliance with closing procedures and be able to close the cash register.
Help managers improve the wine and beverage lists.
Be able to lead the team when a manager is not present on site.
Develop talent within the team.
Work in collaboration with the kitchen team.
Participate in the creation and execution of events for the restaurant
