Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EYLF and NQS and a genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment, fostering each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a safe, supportive, stimulating, and educational environment for Children to learn and thrive.
- Assisting with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs throughout the Centre.
- Developing working relationships and mentor colleagues.
- Maintaining compliance with all reporting requirements, regulations, and legislation.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Early Childhood Teaching or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA
- Working towards and Early Childhood Teacher degree
- Have excellent working knowledge of the NQS & EYLF
- Understanding about Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis and CPR
- Strong Written and Communication Skills
- Current Working With Children's Check
