Kitchen Team Leader

Flour and Stone is looking for an experienced and capable senior pastry chef/baker who is interested in leading our team.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who genuinely enjoys leading a team, running organised kitchens and producing exceptional products consistently.
We are looking for someone calm, practical, highly organised and able to bring structure, accountability and strong communication to a busy kitchen environment — while still being part of the day-to-day operation alongside the team.
This role would suit someone who:
- enjoys leading people without ego
- takes pride in running a well-organised kitchen
- can think ahead and anticipate problems before they happen
- communicates clearly and respectfully
- understands that consistency matters just as much as creativity

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

- Pastry: 5 years (Preferred)
