Vic Aluminium a Melbourne-based company specialising in the manufacture and installation of aluminium windows, doors, and façade systems for residential and commercial construction projects. We work closely with builders, developers, and architects to deliver compliant, high-quality building envelope solutions.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team.
DUTIES:
- Develop, plan, and supervise the installation of window, door, and façade systems for both residential and commercial projects
-Analyse architectural and engineering plans and convert them into detailed, construction-ready documentation
-Ensure all works comply with the National Construction Code (NCC) and applicable Australian Standards, including AS 2047
-Undertake site inspections to assess structural performance and verify installation quality
Collaborate with builders, contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to meet project specifications
-Support project planning, including scheduling and coordination of installation activities
-Track construction progress and address technical challenges and on-site issues as they arise
-Prepare and maintain technical reports, documentation, and progress updates
-Assess and endorse shop drawings and proposed installation methods
-Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant industry experience in construction or a related field.
