- Crafting consistently high-quality coffee and beverages
- Creating memorable customer experiences with warm and genuine service
- Taking orders, processing payments, and assisting customers with their selections
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Supporting your teammates during busy service periods
- Helping showcase our artisan bakery products with pride and enthusiasm
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous barista experience preferred
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is essential
- A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
