What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting exceptional coffee as a confident, efficient barista.
- Delivering top-tier customer service and welcoming our local community.
- Maintaining high-energy efficiency during peak periods.
- Working seamlessly across both the floor and the bar.
- Collaborating with a tight-knit team to keep things running smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven floor, bar, and front-of-house experience in a fast-paced setting.
- A rock-solid work ethic, strong communication, and great teamwork skills.
- A valid RSA certificate (essential).
- An organised, positive attitude and readiness to hit the ground running.
