Star Party Hire is a growing party and event hire company based in Western Sydney. We supply event equipment for both private and corporate events and pride ourselves on reliable service and a friendly, hardworking team environment.
We’re currently looking for an organised, proactive Office Administrator to support our daily operations, manage bookings, and coordinate logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Manage event bookings, schedules, deliveries, and collections
- Coordinate logistics with drivers and event staff
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Update and manage booking systems and customer information
- General office administration and support tasks
About You
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration, logistics, or customer service
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability required
- Must have Australian work rights
