Alpha Kids Academy Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and degree-qualified Educational Leader to join our supportive, family-owned service. This is an exciting dual-role opportunity, combining on-the-floor teaching, with dedicated off-the-floor Educational Leader time to mentor educators, drive continuous improvement and inspire high-quality educational practice.

About the Role
As our Educational Leader, you will:
- Lead and mentor educators in developing and implementing high-quality educational programs.
- Guide reflective practice and continuous improvement in line with the National Quality Standards.
- Support educators in planning, documenting and evaluating children's learning using the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Foster a culture of collaboration, professional growth and ongoing learning.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider community.
- Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the Nominated Supervisor and Approved Provider to achieve excellence across all quality areas.
- Contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Promote an inclusive learning environment where every child feels safe, respected and supported.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must have:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved qualification).
- Current Early Childhood Teacher NESA accreditation
- Current NSW Working With Children Check.
- Current ACECQA-approved First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Previous experience as an Educational Leader or demonstrated leadership experience within an early childhood setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS), National Law and National Regulations.
- Experience planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs and documenting children's learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and care.
- A commitment to ongoing professional learning and continuous improvement.
