You want to play a part in making NSW a better place to work, live and travel.
This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
In this role, you'll:
Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to deliver effective change management across complex, multi‑stream initiatives. You will drive the successful adoption of change by identifying and managing impacts across people, processes, systems, and customer outcomes, ensuring smooth integration into business operations.

You will anticipate downstream impacts, risks, and dependencies across programs of work, drawing on your experience delivering change at scale, not just within isolated or single‑stream projects.
You will translate strategy into clear, compelling change narratives and communication direction, grounded in a strong understanding of change management methodologies (such as Prosci®) and adaptable delivery approaches.
A key part of your role will be leading and developing people. You will coach, guide and uplift capability within teams, providing clear expectations, constructive feedback and supportive leadership that results in measurable improvements in performance, confidence and delivery outcomes.
You will contribute to continuous improvement through structured reporting, proactive risk management, and data‑informed decision‑making.
This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in the office based at Macquarie Park and other Transport offices (such as Elizabeth Street, PSQ, Burwood etc) with flexibility to attend other project locations.
