The role
This is a developer-led role focused on early engagement, influence and conversion, where you will have autonomy to build and grow your own project pipeline representing Caroma across Australia’s leading developments.
You will:
Work directly with Australia’s leading developers and builders
Get involved early in the project lifecycle (concept and design stage)
Influence specification and secure Caroma across major developments
Manage opportunities end-to-end (lead specification order)
Build and maintain a structured multi-res project pipeline
Work across developers, builders, architects and internal teams
What we’re looking for
Experience working with developers, Tier 1/2 builders or major projects
Background in multi-residential or project-based sales
Ability to influence early and protect specification
Strong commercial mindset with pipeline discipline
Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
