What You'll Do
- Support the Gaming Manager with daily gaming operations.
- Lead by example and maintain high customer service standards.
- Build relationships with regular customers and your team.
- Maintain gaming compliance and responsible gambling standards.
- Help create a safe, welcoming and well-presented gaming floor.
- Continue building your leadership capability every shift.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working in a gaming room
- A Gaming Supervisor or strong Gaming Attendant ready to step up
- Someone who leads from the front and enjoys developing others
- A passion for hospitality and building genuine customer relationships
- Current RSA & RSG essential, CLO preferred or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays
