About the Role
As an Industry Partnerships Lead within Domain’s Workflow Solutions team, you will be responsible for developing, commercialising and growing a strategic partner ecosystem across Real Time Agent, CampaignTrack and Realhub. You will manage the full partner lifecycle from identifying and negotiating new opportunities through to onboarding, performance management and revenue growth - ensuring partnerships deliver long-term commercial value and exceptional customer outcomes.
Open to hire in Sydney or Melbourne.
What You’ll Do
Build and grow strategic partnerships across the Domain Workflow Solutions ecosystem, identifying new commercial opportunities and managing key relationships with technology partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
Lead commercial negotiations and partner onboarding , working across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security and Procurement teams to bring new integrations and partnerships to market.
Drive revenue growth, customer adoption and partner performance through data-led reporting, business cases and ongoing optimisation of partnership outcomes.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to deliver successful go-to-market initiatives, resolve operational challenges and ensure partnerships create long-term value for customers and the business.
Develop scalable partnership processes, governance and engagement frameworks that support the continued growth of Real Time Agent, CampaignTrack and Realhub.
Ideally You’ll Have
ESSENTIALS:
Proven experience in fostering strategic Partnerships, ideally within a technology, SaaS, marketplace or platform business.
Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements.
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, customer adoption and partner performance.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate cross-functionally.
Highly organised with strong project management, communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
NICE TO HAVES:
Experience in PropTech, SaaS or marketplace businesses.
Understanding of API integrations, platform partnerships and workflow technology solutions.
Experience using Salesforce, Tableau or similar reporting and CRM platforms.
Knowledge of the real estate industry or adjacent technology sectors.
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
