Football Coach Wanted – Junior Development Coach

Thursdays – 3:30 PM (Balgowlah Heights – U10 Development)
Football Concept Academy is looking for a passionate and reliable coach to deliver junior development and team-based training sessions.
This role includes: U10 small-group development session focused on technical skill development
- U10 team training session focused on team play, game understanding, and applying skills in match situations
This is one hour seesion start and will be given more hours in near future if needed.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has experience coaching junior football players
- Can confidently run structured technical and team sessions
- Strong leadership and ability to engage and manage kids
- Understands player development and game application
- C Licence preferred (or working towards it)
- Is reliable, energetic, and professional
Requirements:
- Football coaching experience
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
