a’Mare 2.0 is a dynamic Italian dining precinct offering three experiences under one roof — Vista’Mare (cocktails), Pizza’Mare (mezzanine dining), and a’Mare (classic tableside service).
We’re looking for experienced Food & Beverage Runners to join our team and support exceptional service in a premium, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 1 year fine dining experience
- Confident carrying 3 plates
- Comfortable running food and beverages across multiple levels (stairs required)
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Current NSW RSA (essential)
