Job Opportunity: Office Manager
Location: Global Coffee Emporium Pty Ltd – Clayton, Victoria
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 per annum (based on experience) plus 12% superannuation

Global Coffee Emporium Pty Ltd is a growing, dynamic business passionate about delivering premium coffee products and services across Australia. We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations and support the smooth running of our head office located in Clayton, Victoria.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in office or business management (required) Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be given preference Experience in the food & beverage or retail sectors will be highly regarded Relevant qualifications in business, administration, or management are essential A strong understanding of office systems, compliance, and financial recordkeeping is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly Develop and implement office procedures to support staff across departments Coordinate staff rosters, resource planning, and general operational requirements Supervise and support administrative staff, providing leadership and performance feedback Maintain accurate records including inventory, compliance, HR, and financial documentation Liaise with suppliers, clients, team members, and external service providers Manage procurement and ensure timely replenishment of office and business supplies Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, employment standards, and business policies Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and training administration Contribute to business planning, process improvement, and compliance audits
