We are a growing renovation company with a custom cabinetry sister company looking for a motivated and experienced person to join our team in a varied role combining:
- 3D rendering & design work
- Project administration
- Client support
- General coordination within the building industry
This role is ideal for someone who understands residential construction and enjoys both the creative and organisational side of projects.
About the Role
You will be assisting with residential renovation projects including
- Bathrooms
- Laundries
- Kitchens
- Full home renovations
Your role will include producing 3D renders and concept visuals for clients, assisting with selections and presentations, while also supporting the day-to-day admin and coordination side of projects.
Responsibilities
- Create 3D renders and design concepts for renovation projects
- Interpret plans and understand residential construction layouts
- Assist clients with material, colour and fixture selections
- General project administration and scheduling
- Liaising with suppliers, trades and clients
- Ordering materials and tracking selections
- Preparing quotes, variations and project documentation
- Managing emails, job files and project organisation
- Assisting the team with day-to-day operational support
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within the building, renovation or construction industry
- Experience with 3D rendering/design software
- Strong understanding of residential construction terminology and processes
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Good communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
You have the option to work from home or in our Ormeau Office. We are very flexible and family orientated.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.40 – $50.00 per hour
