You'll run the kitchen independently for weekend service, including prep, cook, and close down with confidence, no hand-holding required.

What you'll be doing
- Running the full weekend kitchen shift solo, from prep through to close-down
- Cooking to our menu and presentation standards
- Managing stock and prep so we don't run short mid-service
- Keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and food-safety compliant
- Working closely with front-of-house to keep service flowing
- Setting a good example for any casual kitchen hands on shift with you
Pay: $36.81 – $46.95 per hour
