The ideal candidate is a highly skilled project and change management professional with demonstrated experience leading complex healthcare redesign and strategic improvement initiatives from planning through to implementation and evaluation. They will possess strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex qualitative and quantitative data to identify system challenges, develop evidence-based solutions and drive sustainable improvements in models of care. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills are essential, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, executives, consumers and external partners using co-design and consultation approaches. The successful applicant will have extensive experience applying project management and change methodologies, developing governance frameworks, managing risks, facilitating multidisciplinary working groups and delivering outcomes in complex healthcare environments. They will be a proactive and influential leader who can coach, mentor and build capability across clinical and non-clinical teams, while promoting best practice redesign principles, including Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM). With excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills, they will be committed to delivering innovative, patient-centred and sustainable improvements that align with SWSLHD priorities and clinical governance requirements.
