Customer Service Team Leader: You'll champion our customer journey, leading and developing a team of Customer Service Consultants. Empowering them to support our customers through their insurance needs with unparalleled empathy and efficiency. Your Role:

Drive exceptional customer experiences daily by leading, mentoring, and developing a team of talented Customer Service Consultants.

Important Information (Please Read Before Applying):

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: Highly competitive salary plus generous monthly incentive scheme

Location: An engaging, in-office role based in our cutting-edge new Adelaide office with awesome end-of-journey facilities.

Start Date: October 2026 – ready to kick off with a bang!

Working Hours: Dynamic rotating roster, Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, plus a Sat shift within a rotation.
