We are seeking a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to take full ownership of our online acquisition engine and revenue growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Growth, CRO & Commercial Performance
- Own and execute the CRO and experimentation roadmap, including A/B and multivariate testing
- Optimise acquisition across multi-product and pricing funnels
- Track and improve metrics including conversion rate, funnel drop-off, CAC, LTV, and first-purchase revenue
- Make commercial trade-offs between conversion volume, CAC efficiency, and long-term value
- Deliver outcomes within imperfect or constrained platforms, prioritising impact over perfection
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Lead paid acquisition across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Manage and optimise paid social channels including Meta and TikTok
- Test and iterate across audiences, bidding strategies, creative messaging, and funnel stages
- Scale profitable growth while maintaining strong efficiency metrics (ROAS, MER, LTV:CAC)
Systems, CRM & Revenue Flow
- Work with IT and internal teams to optimise Zoho CRM pipelines, workflows, and automations
- Ensure clean data, disciplined systems, and clear sales handover processes
- Build and manage email automation aligned tightly with the sales process
- Ensure the sales team operates with clean pipelines and clear next actions
Strategy, Analysis & Leadership
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Advise Directors on acquisition strategy, campaign direction, and investment decisions
- Present results with confidence and commercial clarity
- Shape and mature Carbon Heroes’ acquisition and growth capability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or revenue-focused digital roles
- Strong hands-on capability with Google Ads, paid social, CRO, and funnel optimisation
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, conversion trade-offs, and revenue flow
- Comfortable owning outcomes in fast-moving, imperfect environments
- Confident working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and technical teams
- Agency experience is highly valued, particularly:
- Managing multiple funnels or clients
- Translating ad performance into business outcomes
- Operating under performance pressure and clear targets
Experience in solar, energy, ecommerce, or high-consideration sales is a strong advantage.
