We are looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to join our brand-new, purpose-built centre in Oak Park.

About the Role:
- Lead the educational program in line with the EYLF
- Support and mentor educators to deliver high-quality practice
- Drive continuous improvement and help the team grow
- Work closely with the Centre Director to maintain strong standards
What We’re Looking For:
- ECT qualification (or working towards)
- Strong understanding of EYLF and NQF
- Confident, positive, and team-focused
- Someone who leads by example and enjoys supporting others
