We are seeking a Director with a passion for early childhood education, to mold and make their role their own.

About the role:
- Ensure excellent delivery of operational services to our children, our team members and our families
- Lead and develop the team to deliver a high-quality cycle of planning, curriculum and outcomes for each child
- Provide engaging learning environments that allow children to think critically and direct their own learning
- Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
- Communicate effectively with all key stakeholders (including families, educators, local community etc)
- Establish and nurture respectful relationships with children, families and staff
- Ensure that statutory and organisational requirements are met and maintained
About you:
- Early Childhood Teacher qualification
- In-depth understanding of the National Quality Framework
- A positive can-do attitude – enthusiastic, confident, honest, sincere and always available and approachable
- Passionate and committed to high quality early childhood and education
- Enthusiastic about building a friendly, fun, professional and high performing team culture
- Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis
