We currently have an exciting opportunity to lead Latrobe City Council's Corporate Information Team and help shape the future of information management across Council.
About this Role
As the Team Leader Corporate Information, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for providing accurate, effective and customer focused corporate information management services across Council.
This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational practices by driving strategic enhancements in corporate information practices, processes and procedures. You'll work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure information is accessible, secure and managed in line with legislative and business requirements while supporting Council's ongoing digital transformation.
About You
You are a proactive and collaborative leader with a passion for information governance and continuous improvement. You can build strong relationships, influence positive change and support your team to achieve excellent outcomes.
You will have:
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field with some relevant experience, or lesser qualifications together with extensive experience.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate information and records management, including relevant policies, processes and systems.• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, develop and support a high-performing team. Qualifications or professional development in document or electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS) will be well regarded. Experience in local government would be an advantage.
