Make a difference every day. Help build the power of Allied Health Professionals across Victoria.
At VAHPA, we believe strong unions build better workplaces, stronger professions and fairer communities. Every day, we help Allied Health Professionals stand up for their rights, improve patient care and win better wages and conditions.
We’re looking for a Member Response Organiser to join our growing Member Response Team.
This is far more than a customer service role. You’ll be the first point of contact for members facing workplace challenges, providing expert advice, supporting them through complex industrial issues and helping them navigate everything from workplace disputes and disciplinary processes to enterprise agreements and employment rights. Every conversation is an opportunity to empower members, identify workplace issues and strengthen our union.
No two days are the same. One day you might be helping a physiotherapist resolve a workplace dispute, the next supporting a speech pathologist through a disciplinary process, identifying a systemic issue affecting an entire workplace, or contributing to a campaign that improves conditions for thousands of Allied Health Professionals across Victoria.
You’ll work alongside experienced Industrial Officers, Organisers and campaign staff in a collaborative, supportive environment where your ideas are valued and your professional development is encouraged. Whether you come from a union, industrial relations, employment law, HR, advocacy or another workplace relations background, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills while making a genuine difference.
If you’re passionate about workplace justice, enjoy solving complex problems, communicate with empathy and professionalism, and want your work to have real social impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Join a team that’s helping shape the future of Allied Health in Victoria.
