The WorkCover Team specialises in the defence of complex workers' compensation claims and provides related advice to the Queensland Government and other agencies on associated legal risks. The Principal Lawyer is responsible for providing expert legal advice and managing complex or sensitive matters requiring substantial professional judgement, developing long term strategic client partnerships, and providing guidance and development to lawyers in the WorkCover team.
