We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Electrical Foreman to lead electrical installations across multi-level residential construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical trades, coordinating daily site activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and in accordance with plans, specifications, and relevant Australian standards.
We have various projects around Sydney. You will be allocated to 2 projects, commencing one which is at finishing stages with another Foreman and then shifting permanantly to another project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical trades and apprentices on multi-level residential projects.
- Coordinate daily electrical works with the Project Manager, Site Manager, builders, subcontractors, and other trades.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and architectural plans.
- Set out electrical installations and ensure works are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Manage rough-in, fit-off, switchboard installation, testing, commissioning, and defect rectification.
- Coordinate electrical works across multiple levels, apartments, common areas, plant rooms, car parks, and external areas.
- Allocate labour and resources to meet project programs and deadlines.
- Monitor productivity, workmanship, materials, and site progress.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure all works meet required standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment and enforce site WHS requirements.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover requirements.
- Manage material requirements and communicate shortages or procurement requirements.
- Skills & Experience
- Relevant electrical trade qualification and current unrestricted electrical licence.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of electrical compliance, testing, and quality requirements.
- Current White Card and relevant site safety qualifications.

Pay: $56.00 – $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
