At Ecowize, we protect some of Australia's leading food brands through world-class hygiene and sanitation services. We're looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead our night shift operations at a major food production facility in Oakburn.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll take ownership of site performance, food safety compliance, team development and customer relationships.

About You
You are a people-focused leader with experience in food manufacturing, hygiene, industrial cleaning or a similar operational environment. You know how to build high-performing teams, drive accountability, and deliver results without compromising safety or quality. Reporting to Area Management, based in QLD, this is an great opportunity to take on this critical role.
Important
This is a night shift leadership role. Our teams operate overnight, so the successful candidate must be available to work Monday to Friday, 10pm–5:30am and lead teams during night shift operations.
