About the Venue:
The Brighton Hotel precinct is home to some of Sydney's most exciting premium dining experiences. With established venues including Benetti's, SANDS BAR and AMMOS, and a premium steakhouse concept set to launch soon, our hospitality team continues to grow as we invest in exceptional guest experiences.
We are currently seeking experienced Section Waiters to join our premium dining team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals who take pride in delivering outstanding service and are looking to further their career within a growing hospitality group.
Working across multiple premium dining concepts, you will be responsible for managing your own section, building genuine guest connections, and contributing to a memorable dining experience from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional table service in a premium dining environment
- Confidently manage your own section during busy service periods
- Maintain strong menu, food and beverage knowledge
- Build rapport with guests and create memorable experiences
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Maintain venue presentation and service standards
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in managing a section within a premium/fine dining or hatted restaurants required (this is not an entry level hospitality position)
- Strong food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Current NSW RSA is essential
- Flexible ongoing availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
