About the role
As the Fixed Asset & Project Accounting Lead, you will play a critical role in delivering future‑state asset and project accounting capabilities as part of Project Uno, our SAP S/4HANA transformation. Partnering across Finance, IT, Projects and our System Integrator, you will lead solution design and drive scalable, standardised and system‑enabled outcomes that strengthen capital governance, financial controls and reporting.
A day in the life of a Fixed Asset & Project Accounting Lead at Toll Group
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Fixed Assets and Project Accounting solution design
- Define future‑state processes for capital projects, asset capitalisation and depreciation
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and ERP solutions
- Guide configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment and hypercare activities
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Projects and Technology teams
- Support business readiness, training and adoption of new processes
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) desirable
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification or equivalent experience preferred
Skills & experience
- Deep expertise in Fixed Assets and Project Accounting
- Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA finance transformation experience
- Strong understanding of financial controls, governance and reporting
- Experience delivering within large, complex ERP programs
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and resolve cross‑functional trade‑offs
- Clear communicator able to bridge finance, process and technology
