Automotive Service Advisor / Administration Assistant – Full Time
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team within a busy automotive workshop environment.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in the mechanical/automotive industry who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and supporting workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Car parts sales
- Answering and managing phone enquiries
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Booking customers and coordinating job schedules
- Organising and allocating jobs for workshop mechanics
- Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations
- Preparing quotes for customers
- Entering and processing supplier invoices
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house and office area
About You:
- Genuine interest in and commitment to the automotive/mechanical industry
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Confident computer and general technology skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking
- Strong multitasking and organisational abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
