We are looking for an experienced Detailing Team Leader to lead our detailing crew at our Macksville Industrial Estate location and keep our heavy vehicles looking sharp, compliant and ready for the road. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who leads from the front.
About the role:
- Lead and supervise a team of vehicle detailers
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, polished and presented to company and customer standards
- Plan daily workflow and allocate tasks
- Manage detailing supplies and equipment
- Maintain a safe, efficient and positive work environment
What you’ll need:
- Previous Team Leader / Supervisor experience
- Strong vehicle detailing experience (heavy vehicles preferred)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of WHS
