THE ROLE
The current HOP Directorate unit will become known as the Program Coordination and Support (PCS) Team from 1 July. The Program Coordination Support team will be focused on consolidating the branch's administrative function that will allow a more strategic oversight of branch activities to implement and contribute to Homes Victoria's vision of More and Better Homes for Victorians. In this role the Business Support Officer (BSO) will provide a range of business and project support to the Manager, and Senior Adviser by assisting with quality assurance for all briefing documents and other correspondence and assisting with the coordination of branch business and project reporting to ensure critical business and project activities of the units are completed within the required timeframes and to departmental standards.. The BSO will be a pivotal point of contact with key internal stakeholders within Homes Victoria and the wider department and will be able to adapt to changing priorities while working in a dynamic and changing environment.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

Provide administrative support including meeting and event organisation, new staff onboarding, intranet updates, and other tasks as required.

Coordinate and track emails, tracking incoming requests and allocating tasks, following up on deadlines approvals, records management, and working with confidential and sensitive information, in a busy environment with multiple competing demands.

Assist with the tracking and finalising of documents in the Brief Connect system.
