MALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER OR REGISTERED NURSE – BALLARAT

Care Affairs Plus is seeking a reliable and compassionate male Disability Support Worker or Registered Nurse to support a participant with a physical disability in Ballarat.
This role involves high-intensity personal care. Comprehensive paid training will be provided until the successful candidate is assessed as competent and confident in all required duties.
Position requirements:
- Experience with manual handling and transfers
- Experience using ceiling and mobile/manual hoists
- Basic understanding of bowel care, including enemas and suppositories
- Willingness to undertake training until competency is achieved
- Reliable, respectful and committed to providing person-centred care
- Relevant qualifications and current compliance documents
- Registered Nurses must hold current AHPRA registration
Available shifts:
- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Active overnight shifts
- Long and regular hours available
