The Opportunity:
We are seeking Fuel Tank Drivers and those who are keen to gain experience in the fuel industry to join our team. This role will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bulk dangerous goods (bulk Petroleum) into retail/commercial and aviation sites.
These opportunities are ideal for safety conscious professional drivers seeking to join a high performing team, delivering local and regional work.
You will:
Load, transport and unload bulk petroleum products at commercial, retail & mine sites in a safe and professional manner
Drive multiple vehicles, including single and B-double combinations
Adhere to safety and compliance policies and procedures
Ensure fleet presentation is well organized
Follow company procedures including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes
What you’ll bring:
Relevant truck licenses and driving experience, but more importantly an open mind to learn the K&S way, and desire to become a reliable member of the team.
You will have:
Previous on road experience operating an MC vehicle
Prior experience in bulk liquid tankers preferred but not mandatory
Dangerous goods license preferred but not mandatory
Safe loading pass (SLP) - preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of the local and country road network - preferred but not mandatory
Strong attention to detail, meticulous about fleet presentation
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
