We’re expanding our team in preparation for the busy summer months and to help cover upcoming holidays for our permanent team members.
We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Casual Barista / Café All-Rounder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is happy to assist wherever needed. This is a casual position with the potential for ongoing hours for the right person.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and specialty beverages
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Taking orders and operating the POS system
- Running food and drinks
- Clearing tables and maintaining a clean café
- Restocking and completing general opening or closing duties
- Supporting the wider team during busy service periods
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous barista experience in a busy, high-volume café
- Can confidently texture milk and produce consistent latte art
- Works quickly while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Is reliable, positive and comfortable working as part of a team
- Is happy to work across both barista and general café duties
- Is available during the summer period, including some weekends and public holidays
