ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an organised and customer‑focused Scheduling Coordinator to support the delivery of high‑quality community care services. In this role, you’ll coordinate client schedules and staff rosters, work closely with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure services are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with quality and compliance requirements. This is a full-time position located in Sunshine, VIC.
What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating and maintaining client service schedules and staff rosters

Allocating staff based on skills, availability and client preferences

Managing agency staff usage and supporting workforce planning
-
Liaising with clients, carers, Care Partners and internal stakeholders
-
Reconciling timesheets and supporting payroll processes
-
Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance and reporting requirements

Providing responsive, high‑quality customer service to all stakeholders
You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, contributing directly to the reliable delivery of community care services.
ABOUT YOU
You’re highly organised, detail‑oriented and motivated by making a positive impact through your work.
You will bring:

Experience in scheduling, rostering or administration (aged care, health or community services preferred)

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

High attention to detail and confidence working with multiple systems

A customer‑focused, solution‑oriented mindset
