Permanent Part-Time

A reception role with purpose, variety and impact.
About Us
For over 68 years, we have proudly supported people with a disability across the Singleton community to build independence, develop skills and achieve their goals.
As a registered charity and not-for-profit organisation, every dollar we generate is reinvested back into the services, supports and opportunities we provide. Our team is passionate about creating inclusive pathways that empower people to participate in employment, community life and everyday experiences.
Today, we supports people through a range of NDIS services including community supports, respite, support coordination and supported employment, with a team committed to making a genuine difference every day.

- Complete a wide range of administration tasks, including data entry, document preparation, filing and record management
- Provide administrative support across multiple departments as operational priorities change
- Assist with reception coverage and general office coordination
- Work proactively, using initiative to identify tasks and support the wider team
Alongside your administration duties, you will support a Supported Employee by:
- Providing day-to-day training and guidance within the reception environment
- Developing individual workplace training plans and learning programs
- Supporting them to achieve their NDIS employment goals
- Tracking progress and celebrating achievements
- Identifying opportunities to introduce new skills and responsibilities
- Encouraging confidence, independence and professional growth in the workplace
