The Role
You will be the star of our morning rush, delivering exceptional service and perfect pours. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service while managing high-volume coffee orders
- Ensuring every customer receives a consistently high-quality coffee
- Maintaining stock levels and keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Setting, adjusting, and calibrating coffee machines and grinders
- Performing daily cleaning, maintenance, and machine step-down procedures
About You
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience alongside a formal barista qualification
- Hold a valid Blue Card (essential for working in a school environment)
- Strong technical coffee skills paired with a warm, engaging barista personality
- Professionally presented with excellent communication abilities
- Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
