Be part of shaping the future of digital innovation in Australia’s leading property group.
Mirvac is on a mission to create exceptional places and experiences – and digital is at the heart of this transformation. We’re looking for a Product Manager – Property Lifecycle to lead product management across our Property Lifecycle portfolio, spanning Development, Design, Construction, Operations and Asset Management.
This role will be accountable for making product-led decisions around prioritisation, investment and value realisation across a broad portfolio of property technology solutions. You’ll shape roadmaps that balance strategic product innovation with the ongoing optimisation of critical SaaS platforms, including solutions such as RIBcx, the Autodesk suite, ProcurePro, Visibuild and other Development and Construction technologies.
This is an exciting opportunity to help embed product management at Mirvac. The role brings together pure product management – particularly in emerging AI and data-led opportunities – with the strategic and commercial stewardship of a large, complex digital portfolio of SaaS platforms. You’ll work closely with business leaders, technology vendors, architects, data and AI teams, platform owners and delivery partners to ensure Mirvac’s property lifecycle solutions are connected, scalable, secure and delivering measurable business value.
If you love turning complex business needs into clear digital priorities, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping the future of property technology in the built environment, this is the role for you.
Sample roadmaps and projects include:
- Collaborating on the AI strategy and use cases for the Development and Construction business, including opportunities across feasibility, design productivity, cost planning, program decisions and operational insights.
-
Working with platform teams and business stakeholders to develop roadmaps for Development, Design and Construction SaaS platforms, including upgrades, new features, integrations and optimisation opportunities.
-
Assessing the market and running RFIs and RFPs for tools that support site identification, feasibility, approvals and investment decision-making, among other use cases.
- Supporting digital roadmaps for design, BIM, digital twin and construction collaboration platforms, including tools such as Autodesk, Aconex/RIBcx and related project delivery solutions.
-
Improving data governance, reporting and analytics across Development and Construction so leaders can make faster, more trusted project and portfolio decisions.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with senior leaders across Development, Design, Construction, Operations and Asset Management to define and drive digital product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
-
Own product-led prioritisation and investment recommendations across the Property Lifecycle portfolio, balancing business value, risk, technology health, delivery capacity and strategic alignment.
-
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products and platforms – from discovery, market scan and business case through to delivery, adoption, benefits realisation and ongoing optimisation.
-
Develop a strong product management community of practice, establishing best practice ways of working and influencing better product management in a distributed business ownership model.
-
Shape AI-enabled, data-driven product opportunities by collaborating with analytics and AI teams to identify high-value use cases, embed automation and improve decision-making across the property lifecycle.
-
Work with platform owners and technology teams to define roadmaps for core SaaS platforms, including upgrades, integrations, feature adoption, lifecycle planning and simplification opportunities.
-
Lead or support market assessments, RFIs and RFPs for new property technology capabilities, ensuring recommendations are commercially sound, strategically aligned and grounded in clear business outcomes.
-
Excel in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment where frameworks are still maturing – adapt quickly, navigate ambiguity, and drive outcomes through influence, structure and clear decision-making.
-
Act as the central connector across business stakeholders, architects, UX/UI designers, data and AI teams, platform teams, delivery teams and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
-
Define and prioritise features, user stories and requirements grounded in user research, business process insight and measurable value.
-
Analyse product performance, platform health, user feedback and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement and benefits realisation.
-
Engage, influence and inspire senior stakeholders through clear communication, presentations, workshops and evidence-based recommendations.
-
Identify and manage product risks, dependencies and issues across the lifecycle, including integration, data, cyber, vendor, adoption and operational risks.
-
Stay ahead of digital, property technology, construction technology, AI and industry trends to bring new thinking and opportunities to the business.
-
Ensure digital products align with architectural standards, security requirements, data governance expectations and enterprise technology principles.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ experience in digital product management, technology portfolio management, business transformation or a similar role.
-
A strong track record of shaping and delivering successful digital products, platforms or technology roadmaps in complex enterprise environments.
-
Experience working across property, development, construction, asset management, infrastructure, engineering or related industries.
-
Experience using user research, business process insight, data and analytics to shape product strategy, prioritisation and roadmaps.
-
Experience supporting market scans, RFIs, RFPs or vendor evaluations for digital or enterprise technology solutions.
-
Strong commercial judgement and the ability to make clear prioritisation and investment recommendations based on value, risk, effort and strategic alignment.
-
Background working in agile, cross-functional teams and partnering with delivery, architecture, data, AI, cyber and platform teams.
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse business perspectives.
-
Experience with product analytics, user research methodologies, benefits tracking and data-driven decision-making.
-
Familiarity with design thinking, user experience design, digital transformation and continuous improvement practices.
-
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence and analytics platforms.
-
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, digital trends, property technology and emerging AI technologies.
-
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
-
A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
